1. What should I do if water doesn't come out when I press the pump?
The suction tube has come loose, the filter inside the tank is clogged, or the pump head O-ring is worn out → Reinstall the suction tube, clean the filter, or replace the O-ring.
2. What should I do if it keeps leaking?
The sprayer nozzle gasket is dirty or cracked, or the switch is loose → Disassemble and clean the nozzle or replace the parts.
3. Why does it spray a stream of water instead of a mist?
Nozzle holes are clogged, insufficient pressure → Use a fine needle to clear the holes, lubricate the pump head.
4. Can we customize the logo? Can we change the color? Can we order custom packaging boxes?
