FAQ
1. Nozzle leaking water or spraying water when pressurized?
a. Missing or damaged nozzle seal: This accounts for 90% of cases; disassemble the nozzle, reinstall the seal plug or rubber ring in its original position, and tighten it.
b. Nozzle not tightened: Ensure the foam nozzle, air-tight cap, and body connections are all securely tightened; air leaks will cause water leaks.
2. Cannot be pumped/pumping is very stiff?
a. Rubber diaphragm is dry and stiff or lacks lubrication: Apply silicone oil or machine oil to the pump diaphragm; replace immediately if it is aged or cracked.
b. Liquid or debris has entered the pump, causing it to jam: Drain all residual liquid, let it air dry, and clean out any internal debris.
3. Only water comes out; no foam
a. The foam sponge is completely clogged: Clean or replace the sponge plug.
b. The air inlet is blocked: The small hole on the side of the nozzle is vented to the outside; simply poke it open to clear the blockage.
