FAQ
1. Electric model has power but does not dispense water or operate
a. Water level too low, filter screen clogged: Add water and clean the inlet filter screen;
b. Inlet hose leaking air or loose: Secure the hose tightly and replace the worn O-ring;
c. Power switch or wiring loose: Check the plug and wiring, and replace any damaged switches;
d. Water pump running dry and seized: Rinse the pump housing with clean water to remove debris; replace the pump if the issue is severe.
2. Nozzle drips, does not produce mist, or is clogged
All issues are caused by clogging from residue or powdered impurities. Remove the nozzle, rinse it with clean water, and clean it with a soft-bristled brush; do not use a fine needle to forcefully poke the spray holes, as this will enlarge the holes, cause atomization failure, and result in a scattered water spray.
